All the employees were gathered in Dubai from all four branches, Dubai, Jordan, Turkey and KSA, to be acknowledged about the outcome of the year 2011 and the corporate strategy and plan for the year 2012.
Presentations were given by every department to inform the other departments about their work process and status.
Round table meetings were held as well to enhance the team work between departments and to set co-operational plans and discuss some tasks.
In addition to the great information and training benefits, employees had the chance to get to know each other more and strengthen the bonding between all branches for a better work production.
